What makes you passionate about working in childcare? Every day is always so exciting and different in the childcare industry. Watching children grow and learn is something which I am so passionate and enthusiastic about. Having the ability to make everyday fun, challenging, hands on, and spontaneous for children drives me to further create a happier childcare environment. I have always believed childcare is one of the most rewarding careers as not only are you a part of an important journey of each growing child, but you are able to create bonds with so many families that last a life time.

What is the funniest or most memorable moment you can share from working in childcare?‚Äč Building bonds not only with families but most importantly the children that you teach and care for. On the weekends, or just being out in public and having children run up to you and cuddle you is so rewarding. Families wanting to introduce themselves to my own family I think is a reward within itself. Every day is a memorable moment in childcare.

Why do you believe your centre is an excellent choice for parents seeking the best childcare? I truly believe that here at Pitt Town Early Learning Centre we as a team strive to make every day different and special for the children. We love making every family feel valued and safe so it makes them feel more at ease when dropping their beautiful children off to our centre to have them cared for the day.

My Team at Pitt Town education strive to provide high quality care and endeavour to learn through play in the most fun possible way. Our families and their children are our number one priority. Ensuring our program is educational, fun, different and age appropriate is what makes our staff members happy and excited to be a part of a great service. Ensuring children are happy and safe everyday they attend our service is critical in our day to day operation at Pitt Town Early Learning centre. Witnessing children learning through play, leaving with a smile and wanting to stay longer within our care just makes my team and I feel like we are performing to our full potential.
